Prince Plaza Parking Garage
Prince Plaza and SPK/Lewis teamed up to build a state-of-the-art parking garage for Prince Plaza’s apartment building. This addition resulted in an impressive structure that will serve the building residents for years to come. This project included the hydro-demolition of the existing concrete surfaces, the application of a waterproof sealant to concrete surfaces, and the utilization of the existing columns and foundation.
