SPK/Lewis was proud to partner with 320 West 87th Street to provide general construction services in order to renovate the lobby and mailroom. This project features custom marble encased mirrors, inlaid stone flooring and custom wall coverings. In order to provide building shareholders with unfettered egress, phasing and planning were vital for this project’s success.
