AIMCO
AIMCO, a real estate investment trust company, engaged SPK/Lewis to provide general construction services for the renovation of their offices in the Empire State Building. The project was completed successfully, on-time and on-budget, with the future growth and evolution of the business in mind, thus resulting in a spectacular space that will serve the company for years to come. This project featured urban outdoors inspired finishes, custom sliding doors, and steel and horsehair decorative wall panels.
