Ichiran - Sushi Factory
SPK/Lewis was proud to partner with Ichiran to completely renovate the space on Johnson Avenue in Brooklyn. SPK/Lewis turned a raw warehouse space into a state-of-the-art noodle factory and restaurant. The restaurant features custom millwork, preparation kitchen, and the unique “Kae-Dama” ordering system which uses a quick and word-less method to order noodles to satisfy their customer’s ramen craving.
