NYU Barney - MEP Upgrade
SPK/Lewis is pleased to have worked with NYU for a multi-floor upgrade at the NYU Barney building. The focus of this project was a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrade throughout the entirety of the space, including photo labs, darkrooms, and the roof. Highlights of the project include new piping and ductwork on each of the working floors, and the installation of a bulkhead on the rooftop.
