R3 worked together with SPK/Lewis to provide pre-construction and CM services at their location on 42nd Street. This project’s design highlights include custom themed meeting rooms, acoustically treated collaborative spaces, integrated lighting and flexible room configurations. Transparent communication was kept from start to finish, allowing for the project to finish within the desired budget and on-time, producing a stunning workspace for the company and its employees.
