SPK/Lewis provided pre-construction and CM services transforming it into a captivating space for the office’s employees to work in for years to come. This stunning full floor renovation featured a custom walnut staircase, acoustic plastic ceiling, fitness center, chef's kitchen and pantry and executive suites.
