When moving from Manhattan, business innovator ?What If! engaged SPK/Lewis to provide pre-construction and CM services for this 14,500 SF full-floor renovation. Highlights include garage door office fronts, ideation and production studios with sound rooms, and a commitment to work with local vendors including a metal fabricator and wall covering supplier. The final workspace won industry recognition but, most importantly, the hearts and minds of ?What If!’s relocated employees.
